More about Ridges Annual Camp Friendship
What started as an opportunity to fulfill a resident’s dream has turned into a highly anticipated annual tradition at Ebenezer Ridges Campus in Burnsville. For the past seven years, a team of care providers from Ebenezer Ridges Campus takes residents from our care center, assisted living and memory care, as well as participants from our adult day center on a three-day, two-night camping trip to Camp Friendship in Annandale, MN.
Residents from our Ridge Point Independent Living also join the group for the fun. On August 22nd, 40 seniors and 20 staff packed their belongings and camp equipment onto three buses and into a U-Haul and traveled 70 miles northwest to Camp Friendship. Here, the senior campers enjoyed pontoon rides, fishing, singing camp fire songs, roasting s’mores, doing arts and crafts and even commemorated their trip by tie dying a Camp Friendship t-shirt.

Ebenezer Ridges campus would like to thank all who came out to our annual “Machinery Hill” Auto Show last week, including our residents, family, friends, local community, Burnsville Police Department as well as the individuals that showcased their automobiles.
This event is inspired by the Machinery Hill’s that are at County Fairs. During the month of August, the team at Ridges works hard to bring the fair to our community through many fun and special events.
It was a beautiful sunny day! If you are interested in learning more about the car show please contact Ann Schrempp at 952-891-6842 or firstname.lastname@example.org
