Ridges Care Center, located on Ebenezer’s Burnsville Campus just a block from Fairview Ridges Hospital, offers a seamless transition from hospital care to skilled nursing and medical services. Whether you're in need of short-term recovery or long-term medical support, our center is designed for seniors who require daily licensed nursing assistance and ongoing care.

Our welcoming environment features 56 private suites and 17 semi-private suites, providing a comfortable space for healing and respite. Our highly trained, compassionate care staff are dedicated to helping you improve your health. For those who are interested and able, we offer engaging options like activities and events, live music, holiday celebrations, chapel services, and a summer festival.

The Ridges Campus encourages everyone to take full advantage of our amenities including the chapel and its services and programs, the coffee and gift shop, the intergenerational childcare center’s programs, and more.

Long-Term Skilled Nursing

With our care team leading the way, we provide long-term Ridges Care Center residents with a physical, psychological, nutritional, spiritual, and emotional needs assessment. This tool helps us develop an individualized care plan tailored to people’s unique needs. Long-term residents of our Skilled Nursing care center also enjoy a variety of amenities, including access to our educational, creative, and cultural programming, inclusion in community outings, intergenerational programming, and much more.
