The Ridges Care Center, on the Ebenezer Ridges Campus, provides short-term and long-term skilled nursing care and services. This type of care is ideal for seniors in need of daily assistance and ongoing medical care by a license nurse. Our warm, inviting care center has a welcoming, home-like environment with comfortable accommodations. Residents can choose from among 56 private suites and 17 semi-private suites.

Long-Term Skilled Nursing

Our highly trained staff provide long-term residents of our Ridges Care Center with a physical, psychological, nutritional, spiritual, and emotional needs assessment, helping us develop an individualized care plan tailored to their unique needs. Long-term residents of our Skilled Nursing care center in Burnsville also enjoy a variety of amenities, including access to our educational, creative, and cultural programming, inclusion in community outings, intergenerational programming, and much more.
